Dr. Vishal Kumar Sandhwar is currently working as Head & Assistant Professor, Chemical Engineering Department, Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. He is also working as a Research Coordinator at institute level. Dr. Sandhwar completed his M.Tech in the year of 2014 from Chemical Engineering Department, IIT Guwahati, India with specialization in Material Science & Technology. He completed his PhD in 2018 from Chemical Engineering Department, IIT Roorkee, India. Major research area of Dr. Sandhwar comprises separation & purification, catalysis, nanomaterial synthesis, waste to energy etc. With more than 4 years of experience as a teacher and 8 years as a researcher he has more than nine publications in SCI indexed journals, two book chapters and one design patent. Dr. Sandhwar has been an active technical team member and objective lead in one industry partnered research projects funded by the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK.
